Mr. Silva began his career in Houston, Texas, serving as Branch Manager to one of the largest janitorial contracting companies in the United States. He has twenty-five years of significant experience in the building service industry and has been recognized for his outstanding performance by receiving the Morris Rosenberg Achievement Award.
As President, Mr. Silva is responsible for strategic planning and implementing marketing focus with financial accountability. He works directly with management to formulate operations, training, sales, safety, quality control planning and major contract negotiations.
Mr. Silva maintains active involvement in area organizations including: BOMA, IREM and the Memphis Chamber of Commerce. He believes that responsiveness, accountability as well as “quality plus” are the cornerstone of his successful career.

Mrs. Landsittel has an extensive background in legal billing and accounting. This expertise is supplemented by her experience at the Tipton County Registers office. At Sterling, she is responsible for coordinating administrative, accounting and bookkeeping activities, as well as, supporting sales and marketing efforts. As a member of BOMA Memphis, she also serves on the BOMA Expo and Christmas Party committees. Mrs. Landsittel is an integral part of the overall management team.
Mrs. Landsittel is married to an aircraft mechanic at Federal Express. Their two children, Gavin and Jenna, attend Tipton Rosemark Academy. The Landsittels are active members of Holly Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. For the past 6 years Ms. Landsittel has led the Youth Stick Worship Ministry Team. The family is very active with ride dirt bikes, water skiing and spending time together at their Kentucky Lake home.
